Mr. Morris is a native of Athens, Georgia and holds a degree in Education from the University of Georgia in Athens. He is also a graduate of the National Commercial Lending Graduate School at the University of Oklahoma and the Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia. His past experience includes:

• 2000-2005. Senior Vice President at Bank of North Georgia in Cumming, Georgia.
• 1999-2000. Executive Vice President of Georgia First Bank.
• 1998-1999. President of Century South Mortgage, a department of Georgia First Bank.
• 1997-1998. Interim President and CEO at First Community Bank of Dawsonville, Georgia.
• 1995-1997. Executive Director of the Georgia Mountains Regional Economic Development Corporation.
• 1991-1995. Vice President of Commercial Lending at Trust Company Bank in Gainesville, Georgia.
• 1980-1991. Started banking career at Wachovia Bank in Gainesville, Georgia, eventually serving as Vice President of Commercial Lending.

Ms. Fowler is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and holds a business administration degree from Brenau College in Gainesville, Georgia. She is also a graduate of the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma and the Wachovia Loan Administration School. Her past experience includes:

• 2000-2005. Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending and Deposit Management at BB&T in Gainesville, Georgia.
• 1998-2000.Vice President at Premier Bank in Gainesville, Georgia, when it was acquired by BB&T.
• 1995-1998. Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Century South Bank.
• 1991-1995. Vice President of Commercial Lending at SunTrust Bank.
• 1979-1991. Started banking career at First Atlanta Bank (now a part of Wachovia Bank), where she held a variety of positions, including Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending and Branch Manager.

Ms. Morris is an active volunteer, most recently being very involved with the 400 North Board of Realtors Habitat for Humanity program. Her past experience includes:

• Trainer for retail loan officers in both construction and permanent lending, in addition to marketing.
• 1993. Earned her HUD FHA D.E. underwriter status.
• Has managed mortgage companies both in the production side as well as in the operations end.
• 1985. Started career in mortgage banking as loan officer, after a career in real estate new home sales.
